“夜が明ける” (Yorugaakeru, Dawn Will Break) is one of the songs featured in the anime movie Given, the sequel of the anime series of the same name.
The song is about the process of letting go of someone you love but aren’t good for, which is the case of Ugetsu with Akihiko in the Given Movie. In the end, Akihiko breaks up with Ugetsu and becomes a better person to be able to love someone else.
