“Get Up” is a 36-second track that appears on NewJeans' 2nd EP of the same name. The song, which sees the girls encouraging their lover to “get up” and prove their love by “meeting them at five if they matter to them”, previously appeared in the side B video for their song, “Cool With You”.
PROPOSED SUGGESTION: it’s “meet me back in five” meaning five minutes not at 5 o'clock
Get Up lyrics
Get up
I don't wanna fight your shadow
Meet me back in five if I matter
To you
Like you say I do
So, get up
I don't wanna fight your shadow
Meet me back in five if I matter
To you
Like you say I do
