“Bal Harbour” is the second track of Tory Lanez’s New Years Day mixtape, The New Toronto 2. This track is named off the village, Bal Harbour which is located in the Miami-Dade County in Florida. The track title is fitting to the location as Tory Lanez brags about his wealth and luxurious lifestyle (which is much like this wealthy village). Harlem rapper, A$AP Ferg also gave an update on his life with women on his verse.
